Inspect and identify the fiber
We check fiber type, soil level, traffic lanes, and existing stains before any water touches the carpet. The fiber decides the chemistry and the dwell time.
Dry vacuum and pre-treat
Dry soil comes out first. Then a pre-spray sized to the soil load breaks down grease, body oil, and ground-in dirt so extraction can lift it cleanly.
Agitate and dwell
We groom the pre-spray into the fiber and give it time to work. Spot and pet treatments go on here, matched to the stain, not blanketed across the room.
Hot-water extraction
Truck-mounted heat and pressure flush the fiber and backing, then pull the soil, allergens, and spent solution back out. Nothing soapy is left to re-soil.

Nylon
The most common residential fiber and the most forgiving. It takes high-heat hot-water extraction well and responds to an acid rinse that restores brightness and resets stain resistance.
Polyester and PET
Stain resistant by nature but oil loving. The fix is a degreasing pre-treatment, because body oil and food grease are what flatten and gray a polyester carpet over time.
Olefin and Berber
Common in bonus rooms, rentals, and loop-pile Berber. It resists bleach but wicks and browns easily, so we control moisture and dry it fast to keep old stains from rising back up.
Wool and natural fiber
Beautiful and unforgiving. We use a low-moisture method, neutral pH chemistry, and no high heat, the same care standard we bring to natural stone and fine area rugs.

How often should carpets be professionally cleaned?
Every 12 to 18 months for most homes, and sooner with pets, kids, or allergies. Most carpet warranties also require periodic professional hot-water extraction to stay valid, so it protects the floor and the warranty at the same time.
Can you really remove pet urine and odor?
Yes, in most cases. We use enzyme treatment that breaks urine down at the source in the padding, not a fragrance that masks it for a week. When contamination has soaked the pad and subfloor, we tell you honestly whether cleaning will hold or whether the pad needs replacing.
Will old or set-in stains come out?
It depends on what caused the stain, how long it has been there, and whether it has bleached or dyed the fiber. We identify the stain first and match the treatment to it, and we tell you up front when a stain is permanent rather than charge you to chase one that will not move.
Do you move the furniture?
We move standard lighter furniture as part of the job and clean under it. We leave heavy or fragile pieces in place and clean around them. Tell us the layout when we confirm scope so there are no surprises on the day.
Is the cleaning safe for kids and pets?
Yes. We use non-toxic chemistry and extract the spent solution back out of the carpet. Keep kids and pets off the carpet until it is fully dry and you are good to go.
